How it all began: The idea behind Wrighte-Cards

Wie alles begann: Die Idee hinter Wrighte-Cards

Sometimes the best ideas come about quite by chance – while traveling, hiking, or talking to friends. That's how it was withRighte Cards .

Two friends, traveling in a small town somewhere between mountains and lakes. No cell service, no distractions – just nature, good spirits, and many memories of past trips. Eventually, the conversation turned to postcards.

"Do you remember, back when we were children... we used to write postcards."

They both laughed – and realized almost simultaneously:
Yes, those days are gone. But today? I haven't sent a card in ages.

Why not, indeed?
The answer was quickly found:
Because it's become too complicated . Buying postcards, finding a pen, getting a stamp, finding a mailbox… Especially when you're out and about, it's often a minor meltdown – and then you end up not sending anything at all. What a shame.

Because the feeling of holding a real postcard in your hand is still something special. It gets kept, hung on the fridge, or placed on a shelf. It's personal, tangible – a small, real memory.

And that's how the idea came about:
What if you could send a postcard as easily as a message on your mobile phone – but with the same attention to detail as in the old days?

A few sketches, conversations and test prints later it was clear:
Wrighte-Cards becomes reality.

Today you can easily create a personalized postcard using our configurator – with your own text, design, and personal touch. And we'll take care of the rest. No stamps or paper clutter – but plenty of love.
