1. How can I design my own postcard?

Upload your own image directly to the product page. Then add your desired text and complete your order. Your custom-designed postcard will be ready for shipping within 24–48 hours!

2. Can I use several of my own pictures on one postcard?

Currently, you can upload one picture per postcard. If you want a collage or a special layout, we recommend putting your design together before uploading it, e.g., using a tool such as Canva.

3. How long does it take for my personalized postcard to be delivered?

Your personalized postcard will be printed and shipped within 24–48 hours of ordering. Shipping within the US usually takes 1–3 business days.

4. Where will my postcard be sent?

Your designed postcard will be sent directly to the address you provide – just like a traditional postcard. A separate envelope is not used.

5. Which file formats and image sizes are supported?

You can upload images in JPG or PNG format. For optimal printing results, we recommend a resolution of at least 1000 x 1000 pixels.

6. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Since your postcard is produced immediately after ordering, changes can only be made at very short notice. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error – we will be happy to help you!

7. Can I specify a desired delivery date for my postcard?

We currently ship your postcard as quickly as possible – usually within 24–48 hours. We cannot guarantee desired delivery dates at this time.
